Leadership Residency
Christ Chapel Bible Church needed a refreshed identity for its Leadership Residency—a program that equips future ministry leaders with hands-on experience and theological training. The goal was to create a brand that feels trustworthy, aspirational, and aligned with the mission of the church.

The Creative Process
Challenge
The existing branding lacked clarity and modern appeal. The program needed to feel like a natural next step for emerging ministry leaders, while also standing apart from other church initiatives.
Process
Discovery & Collaboration
Met with the Director of Mobilization multiple times to understand the program’s goals and audience.
Mood Boards & Concepts
Created and presented two distinct visual directions.
Refinement & Delivery
After selecting the winning concept, I built a comprehensive brand kit—including logos, color palette, typography, templates, and brand use examples.
Solution
The new brand brings clarity, credibility, and cohesion to the Residency—positioning it as a trustworthy next step for emerging leaders. The bold yet professional aesthetic mirrors the strength of the ministry’s mission and its commitment to excellence.
